Kingdom Builders is a new kind of home builder. We build homes that prioritize your family's health by focusing on air quality, water quality, and the use of natural, God-made materials, and we bring these priorities into the design conversation from the start.

## Air and water

Our homes feature whole-home two-stage air purification, dehumidification, and energy recovery ventilators (ERVs) planned to support indoor air quality and everyday comfort. We install whole-house water filtration with a dedicated fluoride filter, a remineralizing reverse osmosis system for drinking water, and copper lines from that system to the tap.

## Materials designed by our Creator

Natural hardwood floors, 100% sheepswool insulation, and real wood trim and cabinets. We consider finish emissions, manufacturer guidance, and your preferences when selecting materials. Wool carpets, hemp carpet pads, and mineral paints are among the options we discuss. Careful drainage, drying, and humidity control help manage moisture in crawl spaces, ductwork, and wall cavities.
