We base our pricing on historical values, which can start anywhere between $300 and $400 a square foot. The more square footage your home has, the lower on that scale you will land; the less square footage, the higher you will be.

We build on a cost-plus basis rather than a fixed price, as this is the most honest way we know how to do a job and, most of all, it prioritizes our clients.

We would love to use all copper on every job, but copper prices swing so much that it doesn't always fit the budget. Where we use PEX, whole-home filtration removes fluoride, chlorine, and other contaminants before the water reaches your fixtures.

For drinking water, we use a remineralizing reverse osmosis system and run copper from that system's outlet all the way to your glass. All the water you drink only touches copper.

Drinking water: We like to use Pristine Hydro, which makes a reverse osmosis system that remineralizes your water. Once the water source for your home is treated, we take it a step further with Pristine Hydro.

Yes, but with LED the details matter. The bulbs we source use flicker-free drivers that smooth the power from AC to DC, which keeps the light steady and reduces electrical noise. We also focus on high CRI (color rendering index) and warm dimming so the light looks natural and true to color in your home.
