Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Kingdom Builders website, operated by Kingdom Builders by LMSW LLC in Easley, South Carolina. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate information when submitting an inquiry. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access information without authorization, submit malicious content, or impersonate another person.
Project inquiries and estimates
Submitting the Healthy Home Journey form, receiving an initial fit assessment, or scheduling a conversation does not create a construction contract or reserve a place on our schedule. Service-area results, budgets, timelines, and material descriptions are preliminary and subject to review. The scope, price, schedule, specifications, and responsibilities for any project will be established in a separate written agreement.
Educational information and project photography
The website provides general information about our approach to building. It is not individualized architectural, engineering, medical, or other professional advice. Material selection and construction requirements vary by project, site conditions, maintenance, and applicable codes. References to healthy construction do not guarantee a particular health outcome. Photos and videos illustrate projects and details; they do not establish the specifications of a future home.
Content and external services
Website text, branding, photos, and videos belong to Kingdom Builders or their respective owners or licensors. Viewing the site does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use these materials. Contact us to request permission.
Links and third-party tools are offered for convenience. Their availability and practices are governed by their own terms. We work to keep the website accurate and available, but information may change and temporary interruptions may occur.
SMS text messaging terms
Program description. Kingdom Builders by LMSW LLC offers two optional text messaging programs through the Healthy Home Journey form at kingdombuilderslmsw.com/start. If you check the transactional (non-marketing) box, you will receive transactional text messages about your project inquiry, including follow-up and appointment scheduling. If you separately check the promotional (marketing) box, you will receive promotional text messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Consent to either program is optional and is not required to submit the form or to purchase services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the programs you join.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the number that messaged you. After you send “STOP,” we will send you one message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or email us at info.kingdombuilderslmsw@gmail.com.

Age requirement. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to text messages from Kingdom Builders by LMSW LLC.
