This policy applies to the Kingdom Builders website and its Healthy Home Journey inquiry form. The website is operated by Kingdom Builders by LMSW LLC (“Kingdom Builders,” “we,” or “us”), based in Easley, South Carolina.

When you contact us, we collect the details you submit, including your name, email address, phone number, build location or ZIP code, project stage, timeline, budget, home size, design preferences, referral source, and communication choices. You may also choose to tell us about your family, priorities, or experiences in the optional written response. Please avoid submitting medical records, account numbers, or other sensitive information that is not needed for your project.

We use inquiry information to understand your plans, evaluate service-area and project fit, respond to questions, coordinate appointments, and maintain project and communication records. The website may use your location, project stage, budget, and home size to route an inquiry for follow-up or staff review. An automated result is an initial assessment, not a final decision to accept or decline a building project.

Website hosting, database, customer relationship management, and communication providers process information to help us operate the site and respond to inquiries. Our website uses Vercel for hosting and a hosted database for inquiry records; contact and project information may be sent to HighLevel for follow-up. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, as described below. The About page includes a YouTube video. The embedded player loads only when you choose to play it; YouTube may then process device and playback information under its privacy policy. Location searches may be sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service, and an exact build address may be sent to Google Maps to estimate travel time.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and the security of our services.

We use Google Analytics to measure how visitors find and use the website, such as pages viewed, time on site, referring websites, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and processes this information on our behalf under Google’s privacy policy. We use these reports to improve the site; we do not use them to identify you personally. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The inquiry form uses session storage to keep a submission identifier and a fingerprint of the submission, helping prevent duplicate inquiries when a request is retried. It does not save your form answers in browser storage. A separate session-storage flag remembers that the opening animation has played so it does not repeat during the same tab session. Our hosting and service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and error logs to deliver and protect the website. Restricting cookies or storage may affect some features. External services linked from this site have their own privacy practices.

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no common standard for responding to these signals, the website does not currently respond to them.

The form offers separate, optional choices for transactional (non-marketing) texts about your project inquiry, follow-up, and appointment scheduling, and for promotional (marketing) texts about special offers, discounts, and service updates. Text messaging consent is not required to submit the form or to purchase services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Inquiry and communication records are retained to support follow-up, project administration, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention depends on the nature of your relationship with us and any legal requirements. No website or electronic transmission can guarantee absolute security.
